How do I become a client?

Simply phone us for an appointment, on 0117 9622828, for a registration health check. This is free for new clients if the animal is well. If there is a specific problem that needs addressing, a consultation fee may be payable. Note we do not accept clients that have previously been referred to us from other vets as first opinion clients. However, if you have not been referred to us previously, you may change vets to us if you wish. In this case, we will need the name of your previous vet so we can contact them and get your pet's full medical history. This is necessary both from a professional ethics point of view, and to ensure good continuity of care for your pet.

How do I refer a second opinion case?

If you are a referring vet, simply phone on 0117 9622828 to discuss the case with the vet concerned. If a referral consultation is requested, we will take the client details from you and arrange an appointment directly with the client. We will also fax a map and client information sheet to your practice for the client to collect. If you are a pet owner, and wish to consult us for a referral on a specific problem, this request will need to come through your usual vets.
