TAKING CARE OF PETS

Our dogs, cats, guinea pigs and rabbits rely on us humans to take care of them. Without us, they would get hungry, thirsty and cold. Below are a few tips to help you take care of your pets.

1.      PETS DON’T LIKE TO BE HOT.

Make sure your pet has plenty of shade in hot weather. Do not leave a pet alone in a car.

2.     PETS DON’T LIKE TO BE COLD.

Make sure your pet is kept away from draughts and has a warm bed, especially if it is old.

3.      PETS NEED THE RIGHT FOOD.

Dogs need different food from cats, and cats need different food from rabbits. Don’t feed your pet anything an adult hasn’t told you to.

4.      PETS NEED WATER..

All pets need plenty of fresh clean water at all times.

5.      PETS DON’T LIKE TO BE SCARED.

Don’t play loudly near pets, or play loud music, or run around near your pet.

6.      PETS LIKE TO BE CLEAN.

Make sure your pet’s coat and bed are clean and tidy.
