Contacting and visiting the practice

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm. On Saturdays we are open from 9.00 to midday. Consultations are by appointment only. Please email or call the practice on 0117 962 2828.

Outside these hours, you may contact our emergency service provider (Vets Now, Zetland Road) on 0117 971 3111 (out of hours emergencies only).

Visiting the practice

We are located in north-west Bristol with convenient access both from the city centre and the motorway network…

We are just a five minute drive from junctions 17 and 18 of the M5. There is ample, free parking right outside the practice on Reedley Road.

    Is your pet insured?

    As long as we are registered as your vet we may send regular health bulletins in a newsletter and health information specific to your pet. May we also send occasional offers and updates?

    Ordering repeat prescriptions and food

    To order a repeat prescription or food please either phone the practice or use our online order form:

    Please give 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions. If your order is urgent we would recommend that you call the practice. For some repeat prescriptions your pet may need to be re-assessed, in which case one of our vets will be in touch.
